Malaysians Are Sharing Acts Of Kindness And Tips During COVID-19 Using #KitaJagaKita
It’s true that when we are put in the spot or find ourselves in desperate situations, it can bring out either the best or ugly side of us.
We’ve seen how our frontliners, enforcers, riders, and supermarket workers sacrificed their time and lives to serve the country during the COVID-19 outbreak.
And now, it’s time for us to support them in ways we can.
Malaysians have been sharing their random acts of kindness or tips on how to help out during the Coronavirus pandemic in our country using the hashtag #KitaJagaKita on social media.

Here are what Malaysians are sharing with the hashtag #KitaJagaKita:
My school collected contributions from our parents and bought food for our frontliners in HSB and PPUM recently. I ask you to do the same for the hospitals in your area. We don't need to wait for the govt to reward them, or some billionaires to decide to step up. #KitaJagaKita pic.twitter.com/cFhfBV5JKA— Izzati Noris (@izzatinoris) March 18, 2020
Please tip your delivery riders/drivers, either via app or in cash when you're receiving your goods. And please don't fuck up their ratings, even if they're late. Food outlets are likely swamped and having trouble making the orders and it's a trickle down effect. #KitaJagaKita— Panic! At The Tesco (@rincredible) March 19, 2020
Went to Aeon Bukit Indah to restock my supplies. Maybe because it’s the second day already, or it’s early in the morning, but I noticed that people here only take what they need as much as they need. Just that, awareness on social distancing can still be improved #KitaJagaKita pic.twitter.com/4iJzFoPDh0— アスナウイ (@AsnawiVaea) March 19, 2020
