Ann Jaafar told Rojak Daily that she was not good with words, but hoped her simple doodles can help deliver a message.

"I love simple doodles and transforming everyday objects/food into imaginative illustrations. Since the COVID-19 cases in Malaysia are getting higher and higher each day, I decided to give a gentle reminder through my artworks," she said.

The talented artist, whose signature look is a paper bag over her head, added that many have approached her asking for permission to share her work and even use it as their profile pictures.

"I hope I can create more awareness through my artwork. A simple sketch everyone can understand and relate to," she said.

Ann sure achieved what she set out to do.
