That’s because his friend’s room was invaded by a monkey and it took the tablet along with some bread.
The animal apparently entered the room located on the third floor of the dorm via an open window.
The window was left open as there is no air-conditioning in the dorm.
Monkey troubles
"To clarify, I asked my friend to hold on to my parcel in the meantime. She left the window open while she was studying, but the monkeys barged in anyway and took her bread with my parcel," said Jeff in a Reddit post, as reported by Mothership, Singapore.
Jeff also shared a few photos along with the post where the monkey was seen perched on some railing outside the window with the bread and the tablet.
The naughty monkey even threw the tablet down!
“Miraculously it lost interest in the tablet, and even after falling three floors the pen still works, idk if I'm lucky or unlucky,” Jeff said in reply to a comment.
Jeff is indeed lucky!
