Located along Penang Road in George Town, Penang, Loke Thye Kee Residences is a boutique hotel camouflaged within a row of traditional shophouses. Designed by Singaporean architecture firm Ministry of Design, the five shophouses has been converted into several contemporary guest suites.

Each item in the rooms has been carefully curated and its design emphasises open spaces with clean lines.

Its exterior maintains the articulated windows, doors, street frontage and period ornamentation of its heritage, lending to its strong visual appeal.
