Most East Malaysians will remember ABX Express as the courier willing to go the extra mile in delivering parcels, packages and goods for them.

Today, after 38 years of service, ABX Express has announced a total rebrand into KEX Express as they added more international destinations and offerings including digital.

The homegrown brand stood on its own feet in providing courier solutions to Malaysians since 1984. It was not until 2015 that the company became part of the largest Asia-based international logistics company, Kerry Logistics Network (KLN).

After the unveiling of KEX Express, the company announced their new extended delivery service network to more than 225 countries. With 700 service touchpoints nationwide, KEX Express covers the widest delivery network in East Malaysia.

On top of additional routes, KEX Express also announced their new service; Digital Cash on Delivery (COD) - the first within the local express delivery industry to introduce the payment option. Digital COD empowers users to pay using cashless methods upon the arrival of the parcel. At this point in time, there’ll be no minimum parcel quantity requirement for customers.

Another appealing initiative is the introduction of the Seller Centre, dubbed as an all-in-one shipping platform specifically for sellers. The Centre reportedly integrates KEX Express’ online shipping porta and customer support to selected account holders for all shipping-related needs including billing, bookings and parcel collections.

As of yesterday, KEX Express is now live.
