Proton Officially Launches e.Mas 7, Starts From RM106K For First 3,000 Buyers
Proton has officially launched their first ever electric vehicle (EV), e.Mas 7 in a historic event which was officiated by Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia.
This EV has two variants: Proton e.Mas 7 Premium (RM123,800) and Proton e.Mas Prime (RM109,800).
However, to commemorate the launch, Proton has a special launch price for the first 3,000 customers, thanks to an RM4,000 rebate:
- Proton e.Mas 7 Premium: RM119,800
- Proton e.Mas Prime: RM105,800
According to Zigwheels, as a part of the launch, Proton also introduced six complimentary packages to ease customer's transition to EVs. The package has a total worth of RM8,000, and it includes:
- Complimentary 7kW Home Charger
- Complimentary V2L Adaptor
- Power Financing - Ultra low at 1.98% interest rate (Offer ends on 15 January 2025)
- 5 year unlimited internet data
- Owners of existing Proton ICE models to enjoy an additional rebate of RM1,200 if they trade in their Proton vehicle with Carsome
- 6-year unlimited mileage vehicle warranty & 8-year 160,000 high voltage battery and components warranty
*Do note that this complimentary package is only applied to the first 3,000 customers.
As for colourways, e.Mas 7 has five options: Platinum Silver, Turquoise Green, Slate Gray, Quartz Rose, and Lithium White. All e.Mas 7 in Malaysia has an indigo-blue interior.
