We don’t know about you, but my old office had floors with broken tiles, a computer that took at least 15 minutes to start, and curtains that probably hadn’t been washed in decades. A good office environment enhances staff well-being and makes for a happier and more productive environment, which is why TikTok user @jess.malaysia’s office is such a dream!

She shared images from her office, which seems more like a 5-star hotel. She wrote, “I know this is every fresh graduate’s dream, finding a job is hard. However, getting into a big corporate company is even harder. Don’t give up, and don’t accept your first offer. There are plenty of good companies out there, and your experiences will take you far."

"After this, I will have a very high standard for work environments. My office is like a hospital, a very luxurious one. Compared to all the workplaces I’ve been to, this is by far the best. I am spoiled now, I think,” she added.

Images from her TikTok showed a concierge area upon arrival that looked more like a mini UFO with a chandelier hanging over it. The office building, which spans a few floors, had art installations hanging from the ceiling and brightly lit with silver splashes everywhere.

There is also a fancy main hall with a second concierge and three iMacs. You know an office is atas if it uses Apple products.

Jess also shared images from her desk. She has two monitors to work with besides a laptop and ergonomic chairs. Usually, only IT personnel get this kind of setup! She also mentioned that it only takes her two minutes to walk to the cafeteria, which has a walkway with marble flooring.

The cafeteria looks more like a hotel restaurant, with plush seating and foliage artfully draped on the walls. There was even a fruit juice bar with snacks and drinks (this would certainly help us stay awake at work!).

When she wanted to pay for her beverage, the staff said there was no need. There is even a well-stocked fridge with drinks such as Milo and Nescafe.

The icing on the cake is that the office faces a lake and a golf course, which offers splendid views.

If you’re wondering where this fantastic office is, it’s actually the 23C LifeCord office, over at the Mines Wellness City, at Seri Kembangan, Selangor. According to their website, they ‘operate the largest cell manufacturing laboratory of more than 15,000 sqft to provide continuous development and breakthroughs in regenerative medicine, particularly in the development of stem cells’.
