A father’s love knows no bounds.

A father from China painstakingly tailored about 100 dresses for his precious daughter.

Mashable SEA, quoting a report from South China Morning Post, reported that Xu Ruiqin took up the unconventional hobby since his daughter Xixi was 4-years-old.

"I wanted my daughter to remember the places we had been to and the things we did together, and give her some wonderful childhood memories," he said.

Shy about his work

Initially, Xu didn’t have the confidence to showcase his dresses to the world.

However, he now proudly shows off his creations after being persuaded by his brother.

The online sharing has even earned him the moniker "Tailor Father".

“I lived in an environment where people were not that open-minded and were not willing to try new things. Nobody else had done this before, so I didn’t want anybody to know that I made dresses. I was afraid they would judge me,” Xu explained.

Xu also hoped that the videos he shares online would be cherished by his daughter when she grows up.
