We’re already in the second half of the year and if you’ve been putting your 2017 fitness resolutions behind you, now’s a good time to start working towards your #bodygoals!

Yoga has been a popular fitness trend in recent years and more people around us are beginning to pick up this form of exercise.


And if you’re new to yoga and you just keep getting your limbs all tangled up while attempting the moves you see on YouTube tutorials, you might want to check out this outdoor yoga session happening this weekend.

Step out of your comfort zone and start your weekend with ‘Yoga in the Park’ conducted by Cynthia Wong happening on15 July, 10.45am at the beautiful KLCC Park.

Cynthia is a certified yoga instructor who has taught yoga for various groups.
What better way to experience true harmony between your mind, body and spirit than being surrounded by nature and greenery right in the middle of the city?

In this class, you will be engaging in 80 minutes of yoga to stretch, build flexibility, strength and balance, concluding with 20 minutes of guided meditation. Remember to bring your own mat or blanket!
