KIX HD announced the fourth edition of ‘R U Tough Enough?’ in September and since then, many tough guys and gals from across Malaysia put their physical, mental and emotional strength to the test in a series of grueling qualification rounds.
Following a closed door audition that took place in October, ten tough individuals have successfully proven that size does not matter because mental endurance and emotional resilience are equally important to define “toughness”.
The ten finalists revealed sheer grit, strength and determination, bringing them one step closer to winning RM30,000 in prize money in the final showdown and claiming the title as “Malaysia’s Toughest”.
The finale of ‘R U Tough Enough?’ will take place at Sunway Pyramid (Orange Concourse, LG2) on 26 November.
Hosted by returning ambassador, international mixed martial arts (MMA) champion and actor Peter Davis, the final showdown will first see the ten finalists competing against each other to be crowned as this year’s champion.
Then, the 2017 winner will have to compete in a bonus round against three former winners from ‘R U Tough Enough?’, Dinesh Jared Sundram (2014), DG Leoniel (2015) and Benny Yeoh (2016).
The challenges and obstacles are going to be bigger and better this time round as pride, honour and glory await the participants.
