Sometimes, food delivery riders go the extra mile to deliver food to their customers.


This delivery rider in Singapore is no exception.

A short video clip showing a Foodpanda delivery rider interrupting a lecture to deliver food to his customer has gone viral on social media.

In the clip posted by @power98jk on TikTok, the abang rider can be seen standing in the doorway of the lecture hall with the student's order.


While most of us would probably rush out to meet the abang rider to collect the food, the lecturer instead pointed out the student who ordered the food.

The abang rider then walked the entire length of the lecture hall to where the student is sitting and handed her the food.

As this was happening, the entire lecture hall burst into laughter and started clapping, prompting the student to cover her face in embarrassment.

The video has since been viewed more than 1.3 million times, and has garnered over 121,000 likes.

@power98jk later posted a follow up video, who said the girl wanted to thank the abang rider for his five-star delivery service and apologise to the lecturer for interrupting the class.
