Hey fam, we're back at it trying another pizza creation from Pizza Hut. Last time we tried the strangely good Hawaiian Cola Pizza and now Pizza Hut is back with CHEEEEEEEZZA, a 7 cheese style pizza: Oozing Nacho Cheese Balls, Spicy Jalapeno Cheese Sauce, Red Cheddar, Edam, Provolone, Medium Fat Hard Cheese, Monterrey Jack.
If you're counting, that's one E for each element of cheese—the two Zs are for good luck we guess. The box has these adorable mouse ears as well, which you should try not to think too hard about since rats and food don't go well together.
How does the CHEEEEEEEZZA pizza taste?
You would think that filling a slice of bread with 7 types of cheeses (yes, that's the plural of cheese, we checked) would be too much, but somehow the CHEEEEEEEZZA pizza pulls it off.
It's not like you can identify each individual cheese with each bite, but they all meld together well without overpowering one another. The red peppers and jalapeno suace provides a suitable spicy kick at the end which is welcomed. The chicken slices were also a nice addition amidst the cheese.
The nacho cheese ball was crispy on the outside and suitably runny on the inside and we think Pizza Hut can make a killing just selling these balls alone. Just make it extra crispy and sell it as a new side with a spicy tomato dip and you're golden.
Reach the end of your slice and you'll find the crispy crust that's basically like eating a crispy cheese stick. It's really like having another type of meal on top of your pizza. You should dip the crust in mushroom soup for maximum enjoyment.
