Hey, remember when high-end fashion brand Balenciaga released their IKEA-inspired shopping bag and the world laughed at them? Well, they've done it again.
This time, the French luxury fashion house has released a tote bag that looks exactly the same as the paper bag you get for free when you purchase something from their shop.Execpt this one will set you back around USD1,830 (RM7,852).
Nope, not a typo.

Apparently, this swanky tote bag is not made out of paper (phew, thank heavens!) but instead, it is made with 100 per cent calf-skin leather with black Nappa leather handles, as well as silver metal hardware.
Honestly, we don't know what any of those mean, but hey, we know leather > paper.
The bag was released as part of Balenciaga's summer-long collaboration with fellow French fashion brand colette.
Earlier this month, Balenciaga also released a tote bag that was inspired by - yup, you guessed it! - a white paper shopping bag.

At this point, we are beginning to feel that Balenciaga is just trolling us.

Anyway, if you happen to have RM8,000 spare change in your pocket, you can get the bag here.
Or if you're just like us -- too broke to even eat KFC's Zinger Double Down burger -- we've come up with a list of items identical to those sold by fashion brands but at 5,000 per cent cheaper.
