Hide you gold medals, Philippines. #TeamMalaysia is coming for them all.
On the first two days of the 2019 SEA Games, Malaysia was off to a blazing start, winning 11 gold medals.
Our national athletes kept up the blazing pace, adding another seven gold medals on Day Three.
Here are the gold medal winners:

Yeoh Li Tian (Rapid chess)

He checkmated all his opponents. The 20-year-old won Malaysia's first gold medal of the day when he collected the most points after nine rounds in the Rapid Chess event, which took place at the Traveler's Hotel in Subic.

Timmy Tan (Bowling)

Bowling over the competition. Local keggler Timmy Tan took home the gold medal in the men's singles bowling event held at the Starmall Edsa Shopping Centre in Manila. He knocked down a total of 1,334 pins en route to winning the title.

Tan Fu Jie (Gymnastics)

Springing his way to gold. Who said gymnastics is only for the girls? Tan Fu Jie scored 13.967 points to win the gold medal in the men’s pommel horse event.

Rachel Arnold (Squash)

Our new squash queen? No Nicol David? No problem, as Rachel Arnold secures the gold medal in the women’s squash event. She defeated fellow Malaysian Chan Yiwen 11-9, 11-7, 11-3 in the final held at the Manila Polo Club.

Farah Ann (Gymnastics)

There's no stopping our queen. Our queen of gymnastics, Farah Ann, was at it again, this time winning the gold medal in the women’s uneven bars event. The 25-year-old, who won the individual all-around title the day before, scored 12.367 points in the competition that took place at Rizal Memorial Coliseum.

Women's ice skating quartet (Ice skating)

These girls have some serious speed. These girls have the need for speed, as our women's ice skating quartet of Ashley Chin, Anja Chong, Dione Tan and Kynie Chan raced to the top of the podium in the women’s 3000m relay short track speed event held at the SM Megamall Shopping Centre in Manila.

Muhammad Addeen Idrakie Bahtiar (Squash)

Squashing his competition. Make this sweet seven! Squash player Muhammad Addeen Idrakie Bahtiar brings home the seventh goal for Malaysia by beating the Philippines' Robert Andrew Garcia 11-7, 3-11, 11-9, 11-5 in the men’s squash final.
On top of the seven goals we managed to pick up on Tuesday (3 December), #TeamMalaysia also collected two silvers (Tan Ing Yueh, women’s vault of artistic gymnastics and Anja Chong, women’s 500m short track speed) and five bronze medals (artistic gymnastics [men’s floor exercise and women’s uneven bars], wushu [men’s sanda 54kg], squash men’s singles and women’s 500m short track speed in ice skating).
After Day Three, Malaysia has collected 18 gold, seven silver and 14 bronze medals, good for third place in the medal tally.
Very well done, #TeamMalaysia!
