All the cooking videos posted on the YouTube channel are no longer available.
Prior to this, the page, which has more than 787,000 subscribers, was filled with local recipe videos.
Pavithra, "the face" of the page, together with her husband Sugu, slowly gained fans with their simple yet delicious cooking tutorials that were conducted in Bahasa Malaysia.
Just months after starting the page, the channel was awarded with a silver YouTube button, the two got to met the Prime Minister and Pavithra was also recently named "Ipoh city icon".

A turn of events
That's when things went downhill.Just a few days after the award was given, Sugu was charged at the magistrate court for attempting to harm Pavithra with a sickle at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipoh.
A witness said that Sugu appeared drunk and seemed to be upset that Pavithra did not mention his name when accepting the award.
Sugu eventually pleaded not guilty and was released on bail - which was paid by Pavithra.
The couple has since said that they do not want awards and just wanted to focus on creating content for their page, but they have not updated any of their social media channels as yet.
