Guess what the Chinese transportation officials have recommended their flight attendants to do to reduce the risk of being infected with COVID-19?

Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) wants their flight attendants to wear disposable diapers in order to avoid restrooms at all costs, especially on flights to countries with infection rates exceeding 500 cases per million people.

According to a report in Mashable SEA, the recommendation is part of CAAC’s technical guidelines for preventing the virus’ spread on planes.

A private restroom another option

Among the things mentioned in the guidelines include a recommendation for a private lavatory (for flight attendants) for lower risks flights.

If diapers can avoid the spread of the virus, why not do all it takes, right?
