The victims, Abd Rahim Abd Rahman, 61, and an Indonesian woman known as Nurhayati, 56, were killed instantly after sustaining critical head injuries. Selangor Fire and Rescue Department's Assistant Director (Operations) Mohd Sani Harul said the victims were pronounced dead by a team of paramedics.

The department was alerted at 12.35pm and a team of seven firemen from Sungai Pinang was deployed to the scene immediately. The victims’ bodies have been sent to the Tuanku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital for post-mortem.
Details of the horrifying incident has yet to be revealed. Recently in late August, an incident also involving a crane took place at Raja Chulan that took the life of a woman.
