Amirudin also said that with the cooperation of the Smart Selangor Command Centre, the taskforce would utilise various methods to track the outbreak including through the Geographic Information Systems.

"This information will then be shared with other relevant authorities for further action," he said.

Additionally, Amirudin also said that about 60% of the Covid-19 cases were linked to Selangor residents.

"The public do not need to worry as the situation is under control. The preventive measures as outlined by the Health Ministry should be followed to prevent infection," he said.

According to the Ministry of Health's website, as of 4pm on March 10, a total of 129 positive Covid-19 cases have been recorded in the country.

All the best Dr Dzul!
