Exchange 106 Is Now The Tallest Building In Malaysia And Southeast Asia
If someone were to ask you what is the tallest building in Malaysia, you can no longer answer the Petronas Twin Towers because there is a new player in town.
The Exchange 106 skyscraper has officially dethroned the most popular jagungs as the tallest in Malaysia.
Standing at 492m in height, the skyscraper has also overtaken Vietnam’s Landmark 81 project as Southeast Asia’s tallest building, putting our nation back on the skyscraper map once again.
Do we really need more skyscrapers? The building has also received its certificate of "completion and compliance”.
"The Exchange 106 offers column-free and long spans of office space ranging from 22,000 sq ft to 34,000 sq ft, the largest columnless space in Malaysia. These are designed for flexible layouts and open plan interior configurations," the building management said in a statement, as quoted in The Star.
Maybe working over-time wouldn't feel so bad from here? So if you want to feel how it is like to work at the tallest building in Southeast Asia, you should ask your boss to consider moving here because a good view can generate more productivity.
But don't quote us on that.
