Malaysians are grateful for all the work the healthcare workers are doing and have been showing it in many ways.

There was the kid who wrote a super cute letter to Health Director General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah and attached a LoomBand as a sign of friendship.

Now, the Health Ministry has received two drawings from a year-four kid and his younger sister thanking those working tirelessly to fight the spread of COVID-19.

The Health Ministry shared the artworks by Areeq Aysar Azizul Akhbar and his sister on its social media pages, thanking them for the kind gesture.

Cute creations

One of the pictures shows Dr Hisham in his signature black coat, a doctor, a nurse, a policeman and a soldier with the words 'you are our heroes' written on it.

The second drawing (we're assuming it's by the younger kid) shows a character fighting the COVID-19 virus as well as images masks, sanitisers and gloves, with the words 'Let's fight COVID' written on it.

Isn't that sweet? It's also a great way to keep your kids occupied while they're stuck at home during the Movement Control Order (MCO).
