Good News! Tokyo Disneyland And Disneysea Set To Reopen Next Week

If your plan to visit Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was put on a hold because of COVID-19, you now have a reason to be happy!

The theme parks are set to reopen on 1 July after being closed for four months due to the pandemic.

With terms and conditions, of course

With the whole pandemic still going strong, the reopening of the theme parks will come with their own set of rules and standard operating procedures. 

According to a report by news agency AFP, the two resorts will open to a limited number of visitors who bought or reserved their tickets online.

The parks will also observe strict social distancing measures on rides and other attractions.

Welcoming visitors with open arms...but at a safe distance.

Last month, a group of Japanese theme park operators released guidelines on how to operate safely during the pandemic.

The guidelines include not screaming when riding on roller coasters and making sure ‘ghosts’ in haunted houses keep a distance from visitors.
