Grab Rider Fixes Elderly Couple's Motorcycle, Asks Only for Prayers Instead of Payment
A Grab rider gained attention online after he shared a video of himself on TikTok helping an elderly couple in need.
According to the video's description, the rider recalled receiving a call about a flat tyre from another e-hailing rider.
Thinking it was the other rider having the flat tyre, he initially suggested that they meet at a nearby petrol station, but the other rider later told him he called because he had witnessed an elderly couple with a flat tyre on their motorcycle standing in front of a closed auto shop for three hours.
The elderly man had hit a car when his tyre suddenly went flat
Taking pity on the situation, the rider rushed to the scene and saw the elderly couple still waiting there.
He later discovered the couple was on their way home after picking the wife up from work. Suddenly, the front tyre of their motorcycle went flat, causing the elderly man to hit another car.
But, thankfully, both the man and the wife were unharmed.
The rider then promptly started working on the flat tyre. When the couple offered to pay him for his service, the rider politely rejected and only asked that they pray for him in exchange.
