Have You Seen This Man? He’s an Escaped Prisoner Who Fled from the Sungai Buloh Hospital
Talk about a real-life Prison Break story. Jabatan Penjara Malaysia (JPM) is seeking the help of the public to recapture a prisoner who ran away while being hospitalised at the emergency ward at Hospital Sungai Buloh. He has a total of eight criminal records, including four criminal offenses and four narcotics offenses.
According to a statement released by the Chief of Police of Sungai Buloh, a call was received through the Malaysian Emergency Response Services 999 that an Indian inmate was missing from his hospital bed and had run away on 18 September.

According to the photo, the man had a closely shaved head and a thin mustache.
In a media statement, JPM also issued alarming news: Together with Polis Diraja Malaysia, they have created a search team to locate the missing inmate.
The search has been intensified and spread to other areas. An investigative body was also formed to determine the cause of the escape, and it was stated, “If there was any negligence which occurred during duties, JPM will not compromise and will take stern action against the responsible parties.”
