If you are one of those who can’t wait to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, here’s some good news for you.
The national vaccination programme is now ready and raring to go.
Quoting Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba, the report said that once the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines arrives in the country on 26 February, the first batch of people will be vaccinated immediately.
As previously reported, medical frontliners will be the first people in the country to receive the vaccination, followed by the elderly and those at high risk.

To ensure that things go smoothly, the Ministry conducted dry runs of the vaccine delivery to the Belaga Health Clinic in Sarawak on 29 January and Bintulu Hospital on 30 January and they reported it to be successful.
Dr Adham told the news agency that the dry runs were meant to test if the vaccines from Pfizer could be kept at ultra-low temperatures throughout the entire journey to Malaysia.
We are so glad that this seems to be going in the right direction! Let's do this, you guys!
