It's been a long wait, but it's finally here!

After a year-long postponement, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics will get underway on 23 July 2021, and will end on 8 August 2021.

And just like the previous Olympic Games, the fittest and greatest Malaysian athletes will go all out to bring home the country's first gold medal.

This year, the Olympic Council of Malaysia has revealed that a total of 30 athletes will be representing the country in 10 sports.

The flag bearers for this year's Olympics will be badminton stars Lee Zii Jia and Goh Liu Ying, according to a report by Free Malaysia Today.

It's time to get behind the team as here are all the athletes who will be making the country proud at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics:

ARCHERY

We will have two athletes representing Malaysia in the archery category. They are:

Khairul Anuar Mohamad (Men's Individual and Mixed Team)

ATHLETICS

In athletics, two athletes will be representing Malaysia. They are:

In badminton, a total of eight athletes will be representing the country. They are:
