Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) is offering a whopping 50 per cent and 25 per cent discount on Electric Train Service (ETS) rides from 1 November to 31 December 2018.
However, the half price promotion is only applicable for the KL Sentral-Gemas-KL Sentral and Sungai Petani-Padang Besar-Sungai Petani routes from Mondays to Thursdays.
The cosy interior of the ETS. But all is not lost though.
The 25 per cent discount is applicable for other ETS routes, but only for journeys on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
To enjoy the promotion, you must purchase your tickets strictly at any KTMB counters nationwide.
According to KTMB's CEO, Mohd Rani Hisham Samsudin, the promotion is carried out as token of appreciation to all of its loyal customers and to also encourage other people to try and ride the ETS.
"We will extend the promotion to a certain date if there is a lot of positive response or demand from the passengers," Mohd Rani told Bernama.
Well, what are you waiting for guys? Head to the nearest KTMB counter before the tickets are sold out.
