Goh fled the Malaysia Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters in Putrajaya 15 days ago by climbing the high fence of the compound with the help of his two bodyguards in order to evade police arrest.
According to the New Straits Times, the 32-year-old suspect was arrested at a resort in Pahang with a foreign woman believed to be his girlfriend at 1.20am.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigations Department director Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the arrest was made possible following intense intelligence work that started on 12 October.
"We managed to track him down, and the operation was conducted early Tuesday morning,” Huzir told The Star.
He added that Goh has been moving around from one location another to avoid being caught by the police.
The suspect has since been taken to the police headquarters in KL for further action.
Alvin is currently wanted in relations to an illegal online gambling syndicate and also the viral Macau Scam.
It was reported earlier on that besides Goh, another man known as Addy Kana acted as coordinators and agents tasked with preparing call centres for scam syndicates.
