Make Your Way to Mauritius With AirAsia

Earlier today, AirAsia announced its new route from Kuala Lumpur to Mauritius, which will begin October 4 this year. There will also be a promotional price of as low as RM299 for a one way trip. This promotion will be available online from May 26 to June 5 via AirAsia's website for flights beween October 4, 2016 to May 22, 2017.

Before the announcement, some social media users thought that the new route would be to Hawaii, USA, which has been speculated since last year. It's still a win for travellers though, especially for beach lovers.

In case you're already making plans, the best time to visit Mauritius is from May to December, when the weather is sunny, cool and dry. Avoid going there from January to March as that would be the wet cyclone season, and visiting the east coast is unrecommended in July and August because of strong winds.
