When Wan Amirul Izarin fell ill and he couldn't muster his energy to go get medicine himself, he asked a McDonald's deliveryman if he could help him out.
To the man's surprise, he delivered.
On Monday (12 August), Wan Amirul was feeling under the weather and had no choice but to ask a McDonald delivery man to buy some Panadol for him when he delivers his food.
Under the 'Special Instruction' section of his order, Wan Amirul wrote: “Salam bro, kalau tak keberatan mintak tolong belikan panadol. Nanti aku bayar. Thanks (Hello bro, if you don’t mind, please help me buy some Panadol. I’ll pay you later. Thanks)”
Surprisingly, the McDonald’s deliveryman arrived at his doorstep with the food and a strip of Panadol.
Grateful for the deliveryman’s kindness, Wan Amirul took to Twitter to share the news of the man's good deed, and the tweet had since gone viral with more than 31,000 retweets.
“I wish the McDelivery bro a blessed livelihood,” Amirul wrote.
