M’sian Newlyweds Opt For Giant 1.5kg Burger Instead of Typical Wedding Cake

One Malay couple caught the attention of TikTok users after a video of them cutting into a giant two-tiered burger at their wedding went viral.

The video was shared by an account named @j6_juniors who happened to be the business that's responsible for creating the unique two-tiered burger ‘cake’.

Based in Klang, J6Juniors Burger explained that the two burgers were made using a total of 1.5kg homemade smash patties. Not only that, they also made the giant burger buns themselves.

The burgers were later sent to the newlyweds through Lalamove.

For the record, 1kg of this burger would cost RM65.

Netizens think it's a brilliant idea

In the comment section, many TikTok users voiced their excitement upon seeing the rare ‘wedding cake’. Additionally, others started commenting how they wished other foods like sushi and shawarma could be turned into something similar.

“If it's like this, there won't be a waste as people would definitely finish it. Nice idea,” commented a user.

Another said, “Usually, I don't really care much about wedding cakes but if it's like this, I'll definitely ask for some.”
