Nokia Brought Back The 'Banana Phone' And It's Like The 90s All Over Again
Last year, Nokia released a whole new generation of smartphones in what looked like the Finnish company's return from the dead.
The 2016 line-up also came with arguably the most iconic mobile device of all time - the Nokia 3310.
Over the weekend, Nokia repeated their old trick by reviving yet another one of their big hits from the 1990s.
The Nokia 8110 that was popularised by Keanu Reeves in The Matrix is back with a new and improved version!

Back then, the 8110 was known to be the smallest and lightest phone in Nokia's archive.

But unlike the version seen in The Matrix, the cover doesn't actually open automatically. You need to slide it down by hand.

Unfortunately, you can't use WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter or Snapchat. So just save this model as an affordable spare phone for nostalgic purposes.
Here are the complete specs for the brand new Nokia 8110 4G:
- Smart Feature OS

- 512MB RAM
- 4GB internal storage
- 2.4-inch, 320x240-pixel display
- Micro-USB charging port
