Police Confirm Another Dead Cat Found in UM, Investigation Ongoing
In recent days, multiple cases of brutally murdered stray cats found in Universiti Malaya (UM) have shocked the nation.
A total of 3 cats were found with their abdomen slashed and limbs mutilated. However, there is speculation online that the true number of cats found dead in the same manner actually amounted to 6.

Another cat found dead
Yesterday, it was reported that yet another stray cat was found dead. This time, its body was found in the Gym UM Arena.
According to the report, Kuala Lumpur Chief of Police Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa confirmed that a police report had been lodged over the incident.
An investigation is currently ongoing
Meanwhile, the Universiti Malaya Students’ Union (KMUM) also confirmed the discovery of the cat's body through an Instagram story.
KMUM also stated that the Security Office had been contacted to tighten the entrance into UM and is currently obtaining CCTV footage.
