A hit and miss.
The edited photo pictured Dr Noor Hisham sitting on a desk from home (possibly providing COVID-19 updates) with his top half dressed in formal attire, and bottom half in boxers and socks.

Police looking into the matter

“Investigations are underway and those involved will be called to testify. The case is being investigated according to Section 509 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications Act 1998,” Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department deputy director (Investigation/Legal) DCP Mior Faridalathrash Wahid told Bernama.

The post was later removed and an apology issued online but the damage was done.

Netizens were also offended by the photo and many were furious as they felt that the Health DG had worked so hard and shouldn't not be made fun of in such a distasteful manner.

May this serve as a lesson to others and,if you plan to post anything on social media next time, think twice.
