Preacher Ustaz Ebit Lew has been making the headlines in recent times for all the selfless, good deeds that he has been doing.


For his latest initiative, Lew visited Ulu Yam residents to spread festive cheer in conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year.

He shared on Facebook that he distributed new bicycles, angpows, kitchenware and mandarin oranges to celebrate the festival.

“Always see the aunties here going about their daily activities on old bicycles. There are many mothers or fathers who stay alone.

"There are also some who do not have anyone except their neighbours,” he shared in the post, as quoted in a report by Malay Mail.

He added he was happy to see the residents, and he missed his family.
