These past couple of days, the entire country was thrown into chaos after reports about a possible declaration of a state of emergency were leaked online.
And the drama is far from over yet.

News site The Vibes reported that Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is considering resigning from his post as the Prime Minister.According to the report, this came after ministers and political leaders were said to have met with Muhyiddin at his residence on Sunday evening (26 October).
The news site noted that some of the MPs, led by International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali and Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin, gathered at Muhyiddin's home to convince him to stay on as Prime Minister.
The report quoted a minister who was at the gathering as saying that the defeat had taken a toll on the 73-year-old, and he wants to do the right thing and resign.
Earlier in the day, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong had rejected Muhyiddin's proposal to put the country under emergency law, telling the country's politicians to stop politicking and work together to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

There's so far been no confirmation from Muhyiddin's camp about the whole resignation issue, so we advise you to take the report with a grain of salt.
However, another source told The Star Online that the report by The Vibes is untrue, quashing rumours that Muhyiddin is looking to resign.
The source told the news portal that the meeting was an informal one, and they were there to discuss about the Royal decree.
"There were a few of us here at his residence earlier before the Palace made the announcement. We stayed on and a few more arrived later to have an informal discussion on what transpired today, as we will have a special Cabinet meeting tomorrow too.
"The Prime Minister is collected and calm. No one is resigning over the decision by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. We will issue a statement Monday (26 October)," the source was quoted as saying.
For now, we should just wait and see what will transpire in the next couple of days.
