Six students from Terengganu have made the country proud by winning an international short video competition.
Went up against stiff competition

The school's principal, Amran Ibrahim, told the news agency that the resourceful students were able to complete the video in just a month, and it was shot using only a smartphone.
“We submitted the video entitled ‘Mark Roso: The Island Boy.’ It tells the story of a student named Muhammad Nasrur Afdie Marzuki, 17, who helps his family by working as a boatman at a resort island during the weekends and school holidays.
In the final round, ‘Mark Roso: The Island Boy’ went up against entries from Japan and Vietnam, and they emerged as champions.
KWN, which is a global video education programme supported by Panasonic with the objective of boosting creativity and communication skills via video production among others, received 150 entries this year.
