Feel that your mobile internet has been slow af these days? Not happy with certain services?
You can directly rant to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) really, really soon.

Voluntary basis

The Star Online reported that beginning 27 December 2019, the MCMC will be conducting two surveys through phone calls.
The two surveys - the Hand Phone Users Survey 2019 and the e-Commerce Consumer Survey 2019 - will reportedly run till 31 May this year.
MCMC said in a statement quoted by the news portal that the survey is for data collection purposes only, and no sales will be solicited or money collected.
“Participation is on a voluntary basis; however, cooperation from the respondents are much appreciated,” it said in a statement.

According to the report, calls will be made from MCMC’s Cati (computer-assisted telephone interviewing) centre in Cyberjaya, and will be conducted daily from 9am to 6pm, except on national and Selangor public holidays.
In fact, MCMC has also revealed the list of numbers that will be used to make the calls so that, you know, you could choose to ignore like what we'll do because we don't like talking on the phone.
