The Terengganu police team is ahead of everyone when it comes to making sure people adhere to the temperature scanning SOPs.

They don’t rely on boring manual electronic thermometers to do the job.
Instead, they have loaned drones from a private company to detect body temperatures.
According to a report by Mashable SEA quoting a report by Bernama, the drones can detect body temperatures from as high as 20 meters above the ground.
Simplifying the process
State Police Chief Rohaimi Md Isa, said the drones help take the load off police personal tasked to do the job manually.
“Although we have 157 standard operating procedure (SOP) monitoring teams, they move from one location to another.
“This makes them unable to monitor every location at once, including detecting symptomatic individuals in public places,” he said.
