Don't worry; this school in Kuala Terengganu has come up with a brilliant idea to combat the spread of COVID-19 in its compound.
Cheap yet effective
Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Pasir Panjang has installed light bulbs outside of the students' toilets to indicate that they are in use, so that there's no over-crowding in the washroom.
On top of that, the school also installed hands-free pedal sinks to ensure the students do not need to touch the sink, New Straits Times reported.
And here's the cool part: the school reportedly only spent RM150 for the initiative.

The school's headmaster, Rosli Abd Razak, told the daily that every student who enters the toilet needs to flick the switch on the panel board to indicate that they are using the washroom.
"If the red-light bulb lights up on the panel board, it indicates that the toilet is being used and students have to wait until the green light comes on before entering the toilet," he was quoted as saying.
As for the foot-operated sinks, Rosli said it was actually the brainchild of the school's mathematics teacher Norazhar Nordin.
"Teachers and students do not have to use their hands to open the water tap, instead just step on the pedals made of plywood,” he said.
