This was true in the case of a thief who tried to rob an ATM in Tamil Nadu, India.
According to a report in Times Now News, M. Upendra Roy, who was under the influence at the time, tried to get to the money by slipping in between the machine and the wall behind it.
A tight squeeze
Unfortunately for the 28-year-old, he got stuck in the process.
He also made so much noise while trying to free himself that nearby residents heard him and called the cops.
When police arrived, they found him in an awkward position as he was unable to come out of the 'sticky' spot.
He was rescued and then taken into custody.
Perhaps, committing a crime when one is not entirely sober is not the best idea.
