Imagine going to your regular 7-Eleven store to get your favourite drink only to encounter a huge, wild reptile hanging around the there.

This may sound like a scene from a movie, but it actually happened at a 7-Eleven store in Bangkok recently.

Yes, a massive monitor lizard wreaked havoc at the store, climbing up a shelf filled with milk cartons and knocking them over.

A video of the unusual scene went viral on social media.

What a sight!

The video showed the giant lizard attempting to climb up the shelves at the store.

“The shelves are ruined, oh my God,” a woman was heard screaming in the video in Thai, reported Malay Mail.

Customers could also be heard shrieking in the video.

The viral clip even received a witty reaction from Jurassic World’s official Twitter account.

“Wasn’t us,” they wrote on Twitter.

We hope the monitor lizard has been safely relocated to more familiar surroundings.
