Imagine having a plate of piping hot ‘char kuey teow’ cooked and served by none other than the Avengers.

Sounds like a dream?

Well, the dream turned into a reality at Pasir Gudang, Johor, thanks to a quirky family-owned eatery there.

A video circulating on social media showed Spiderman cooking while assisted by Ant-Man and Black Panther.

What a sight to behold!

According to a report by Malay Mail, the menu served up by the "Avengers" include ‘char kuey teow’ and ‘mee bandung Muar’ .

A unique marketing tactic

Norazrena Mardeka Mohd Daim, who used to work as an event organiser, said she started the business after the first Movement Control Order (MCO).

“The one in the Spiderman costume is my 19-year-old son, while the one in the Antman costume is my husband.

“They’re used to wearing costumes as before this they would usually cosplay at my events.”

“I’m using these superhero costumes and mascots as part of our marketing strategy because it’s not easy to attract customers, especially during these trying times,” she told Malay Mail.

Other than the three characters mentioned, Batman, the Power Rangers and even Mickey and Minnie Mouse sometimes makes appearances at the stall.

If you near the area, don’t forget to support their business!
