This Woman Is In Love With A Plane And Plans To Marry It

We all hear bizarre stories from around the world every day. But this one may have just topped it all.

A woman from Germany claimed that she has been in a five-year relationship with an airplane.

That's right.

Malay Mail, quoting a report in The Sun UK, reported that a woman by the name of Michele Kobke has admitted that she has been "in love" with a Boeing 737-800 for the past five years.

The 30-year-old also admitted that the relationship is physical and that she plans to marry her lover and live together in a hanger.

“He’s the most beautifully built, and a very attractive and elegant aircraft,” she said referring to the airplane, which she nicknamed “schatz” or “darling” in German.

Kobke said having a relationship with a plane is not easy as it is life-sized.

Despite that, she has a miniature version of the plane at home, which she cuddles and sleeps with.

“When I touch his wings, I get immediately sweaty palms and get excited,” she said.

The report said what Kobke is experiencing is called objectophilia, which is a form of sexual or romantic attraction focused on particular inanimate objects.
