So, what’s different, you ask?

The secret ingredient of the ‘Sound & Style’ range is a HELIX 300W Soundbar manufactured by a German hi-fi audio specialist company called HELIX. It is also a Volkswagen Approved Accessory which means you know its legit for the car.

Installed in the luggage compartment, the soundbar is a five-channel amplifier with an integrated sound processor and subwoofer.

This system adds on to the already-advanced eight-speaker sound system available in the car and elevates it to a higher level of sound quality and clarity, with precise calibration of sound profiles according to the different models.

So basically, in layman’s term, the soundbar amplifies the already awesome sound system in the car, so you are guaranteed that your music will be out of this world.

#1 Passat Comfortline ‘Sound & Style’

The Passat Comfortline Sound & Style variant comes with a HELIX 300W Soundbar, aluminum sports pedals, aluminum side scuff plates, 18” Dartford alloy wheels and VW Tint, all with a total worth of RM12,000.

The Passat Comfortline is powered by a 1.8l turbocharged TSI engine and paired with a 7-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG) with sport mode that provides an output of 180PS and torque of 250Nm between 1,250 to 5,000rpm.

#2 Passat Highline ‘Sound & Style’

Price: RM 211,390

The Passat Highline Sound & Style variant is offered with a HELIX 300W Soundbar, aluminum sports pedals, aluminum side scuff plates, 19” Verona alloy wheels and VW Tint, all worth RM16,000.

A truly powerful car, the Passat Highline combines a 2.0L turbocharged TSI engine with a 6-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG), to give an impressive output of 220PS and a torque of 350Nm between 1,500 to 4,400rpm – and a fuel consumption reading of approximately 6.2l/100 km.

#3 Tiguan Highline ‘Sound & Style’

Price: RM174,990

The Tiguan Sound & Style comes with a HELIX 300W Soundbar, chrome trunk garnish, chrome exhaust tips, rear black spoiler and VW Tint, all worth RM9,000.

The SUV combines a 1.4l turbocharged direct injection TSI engine with a 6-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG) with sport mode to give an output of 150PS and a torque of 250Nm between 1,500 to 3,500rpm. It accelerates from 0 to 100kph in 8.9 seconds. The Tiguan is Volkswagen’s most successful SUV with over 2.8 million units sold globally.

#4 Golf R-Line ‘Sound & Style’

Price: RM177,390

The Golf R-Line Sound & Style comes fitted with a HELIX 300W Soundbar and VW Tint, all worth RM4,000.

With a 1.4TSI turbocharged engine mated with a 7-speed dry clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG) under its hood, the Golf R-Line is also equipped with seven airbags and an array of other advanced safety features such as Manoeuvre Braking, Automatic Post Collision Brake System, Rest Assist, Proactive Occupant Protection System and Advanced Electronic Differential Lock.
