Dedah Wincci, dia mengamalkan pengambilan lima jenis makanan berikut untuk mengurangkan berat badannya sebanyak empat kilogram dalam seminggu.

Tambahnya, hidangan itu diambil sekerap dua hingga tiga kali seminggu.

"Tidur awal dan tiada senaman diperlukan untuk proses detoks seminggu ini. Anda akan hilang tiga hingga empat kilogram," kata Miss World Malaysia 2018 itu lagi.
