Adira talks about the youngest kid in her household, why he’s already her proudest flex, and the small daily choice she makes for him that nobody told her to make.
If you've been following Talk To My Manager 2 on Astro Ria, Adira and her daughter, Anggrek, just took home the winning title on Talk To My Manager 2, and watching the two of them navigate the competition, right up to that moment, has been one of the season's most talked about storylines.
But the management role she's been quietly perfecting long before any camera showed up? That one happens at home.
And right now, the scene-stealer at home isn't the daughter making headlines on a TV stage. It's her youngest son, a boy turning four in September who already seems to be living life to the fullest.
" Managing Anggrek in TTMM2 feels a lot like what I do every day as a mum, supporting her, believing in her, and giving her the space to show who she is. "

A 3-Year-Old on a Real Racing Circuit, With Training Wheels & Full Racing Gear
Yes, really. Adira's youngest son rides a mini moto on an actual racing circuit, proper racing gear, full helmet, the works. The training wheels are still on because he's three. But the track is real, the gear is real, and the energy is very much that of a kid who has never once considered slowing down.
Adira is in awe of it, but she's equally fascinated by something else entirely: who he is when he's off the track.
"He's the type who observes first, thinks things through, and only then takes action. And when he does something kind for someone else, without being asked, it's little moments like that that warm my heart the most."
She calls it bijak berbudi, being both thoughtful and considerate. A child who thinks before he acts and cares about the people around him. It's the only report card she really cares about.
For Adira, moments like these don't happen by accident. They're the result of small, intentional choices she makes everyday, in how she guides her children, what she exposes them to, and the quiet, consistent routines she builds into the start of each morning.

A Routine That Works for Them
So, what does intentional parenting look like in practice for a mum of four who's also appearing on prime-time TV every Sunday? For Adira, it shows up in the little things.
At home, she tries to keep things steady for her youngest son, especially on busy days when simple routines matter most. That routine is made up of familiar things: meals, playtime, learning, rest, and the habits that help the day feel settled, as simple as the daily glass of Enfagrow A+ that's part of his breakfast every morning.
" I like to do my research and pay attention to what truly suits my child — what feels natural for our routine. Once I feel it's right for him, and I'm confident it supports his development, I tend to stick with it."
She's confident in the parenting choices she's making. And given that her son is already reasoning his way through situations at three years old on and off a racing circuit it's hard to argue with her instincts.

On and Off Screen, the Same Mum
There's something quietly poetic about the fact that the same season everyone is watching Adira support and believe in Anggrek on stage is also the season she's at home watching her youngest son figure out the world on his own terms one race circuit, one thoughtful moment, one morning cup of milk at a time.
Whether the cameras are rolling or not, she's doing the same thing: watching, believing, and showing up consistently
"I'm grateful to see him growing up to be smart... and thoughtful towards others."
