M’sian Woman Sexually Harassed by Homeless Man in Pudu, Discovers She Wasn’t the Only Victim

A homeless man was caught on camera allegedly sexually harassing a woman by jumping onto her motorcycle while she was waiting at a traffic light along Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur.

To make matters worse, it later emerged that the woman was not his only victim. Another woman also came forward to share her experience of being sexually harassed by the same man just a few hours later.

In a post that has since gone viral on Threads, a user, who is a friend of one of the victims, shared how the man had sexually harassed her friend while she was waiting at a traffic light.

“Please be careful, everyone, especially girls who ride motorcycles alone or walk alone. My friend was just sexually harassed by this man while she was waiting at the traffic light on her motorcycle at Jalan Pudu,” she wrote.

The user added that on the same day, about an hour later, her friend witnessed another woman being sexually harassed by the same man after she turned around to try to locate the suspect.

The other victim later stepped forward to share her own experience. In a video, she said the man had approached her and started hugging her while she was waiting for the traffic light to turn green.

The suspect has been arrested

In an update, the victim revealed that the suspect has been apprehended by the police. According to her, she and another victim managed to stop the man from escaping until the authorities arrived.

“Turns out he was only pretending to be mentally ill. He’s a local Malaysian man. Other women were also sexually harassed by the same man that day, but no one managed to catch him."

She added, "When we caught him, he was only wearing a shirt. I slapped his face and kicked him in the chest when he hugged me from behind.”
