In a bad case of #throwbackTuesday, Malaysians find themselves back into full lockdown from 1st to 14th June 2021, as it was just over a year ago. While we are all urged to stay at home, our cars need regular maintenance, and it can’t be helped if emergencies arise.

In these challenging times, Honda Malaysia has reassured that they will continue to serve their customers by providing after-sales services. The after-sales services provided are preventive maintenance, Body and Paint (BP) and towing assistance, which will be available at all dealerships across the country.

Honda Malaysia encourages all their customers to download the HondaTouch app for a faster and simpler after-sales service appointment process before coming to the dealerships (within a 10km radius from their homes, of course). This is to avoid long waiting times as walk-ins are not allowed. All customers must make a service appointment to ensure your car is accepted for service.

While after-sales service is still operational, Honda Malaysia has temporarily ceased operations of their plant in Pegoh, Melaka, and sales offices and dealer showrooms, in compliance with the Government’s implementation of full lockdown. Honda Malaysia expects that all business operations will resume tentatively on 15th June 2021.

As with all businesses nationwide, all Honda Malaysia dealerships will continue to adhere to strict SOP’s put in place for the safety and well-being of all their customers and associates when visiting.
