Remember Mike Brewer from Wheeler Dealers? Mike was the procurement arm and one half of the dynamic duo behind the show, who together with master mechanic Edd China, bought cars in questionable conditions and repaired them with the hope of reselling it for a profit.
Well, unfortunately the relationship soured after a while and Edd was replaced by English television presenter, motor specialist and car builder Ant Anstead.
Now, Mike and Ant are gearing up to save motoring classics from the crusher with a new show creatively titled Mike Brewer’s World of Cars; where they work on restoring classic vehicles on a budget and face intense challenges but never fail to see their creations through for the lucky new owner.
Premiering 15 October on Discovery Channel (CH572), it’ll be a weekly series with a new episode airing every Thursday at 9pm. The first season will comprise 12 episodes.
