Renault Malaysia Is Telling Owners To Relax During MCO

While there are some measures you can take to maintain your car during MCO, you cannot control everything. A vehicle’s wear and tear can occur even when it is not moving. So, to help Renault owners keep their cars in top condition, Renault Malaysia introduces the Relax Campaign that alleviates some worries.

Under the Relax Campaign, Renault owners get to enjoy savings on tyres and batteries, two of the quickest things that wear out a vehicle.

The Renault tyre deal is valid for Captur and Fluence owners. Customers who make a ‘lock-in’ fee of RM100 from 15th April to 15th May 2020 will be able to secure the promotional price of RM345 per tyre for 25 per cent savings. You can have any tyre for this campaign as long as it is the Continental ContiEco Contact 5 205/55 R17.

Customers can lock-in their tyre offer from the comfort of their own home via Renault E-Store, with the redemption period lasting from 15th May to 31st August 2020. The Lock-in fee will be deducted from the total invoice at the point of redemption. The offer, however, is limited and available only on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Additionally, during the campaign period from 15th May to 31st August 2020, all Renault customers will receive free tyre balancing for two tyres and above.

Also included in the offer is the vehicle battery. Even if you’ve been regularly starting your engine, a weakened battery will eventually give up the ghost. For customers who may still need to change their vehicle batteries, TC Euro Cars (TCEC) is offering a 10 per cent discount. The battery deal applies only to Atlas BX batteries purchased until 30th June 2020.

Renault owners who could not service their vehicles due to MCO can rest easy. TC Euro Cars (TCEC) has extended the grace period for scheduled servicing and warranties up to 30 days after the MCO is lifted. You can check the Renault website for up-to-date information.

Furthering the Relax theme, Renault customers can request door-to-door delivery within Klang Valley, within a radius of 30km from the service centre. This delivery service, previously available only to new and subscription customers are now being offered free-of-charge for pick-up and return of serviced vehicles, during the MCO and post MCO period.

Renault Malaysia is doing plenty for its current customers, and that’s a good thing. At the very least, Renault owners have one less thing to worry about.
